At Atmosphere Nail Spa and Beauty Lounge, we have policies in place that are designed to keep our salon running smoothly and our clients satisfied. Please read through them below. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to call us!

Cancellation

Clients must give at least a 24 hour notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
 
Tardiness
Clients will only have a 15-minute grace period for their appointment. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be marked as no show and will need to rescheduled.
 
No Show
If a client has a third no call, no show, they will be charged the full price and credit card information will be taken for all following appointments.
 
Fees
If a client cancels with less than a 24-hour notice, there will be a 50% penalty of reservation. The 3rd cancellation or no show fee is 100% of the reservation.
